Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

For orders up to €99.99, we charge €6.49 shipping costs for delivery within Germany.

For orders of €100.00 or more, we charge €23.99 shipping costs for delivery within Germany.

For orders of €0.00 or €99.99, shipping costs of €14,99 apply for delivery within the EU.

For orders of €100.00 or more, shipping costs of €39.99 apply for delivery within the EU.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of in-stock items within Germany takes place within 3 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of your payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
... If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.

For orders with specific or individual delivery times, you will be notified by email. Therefore, we cannot specify an exact delivery time for custom orders.
