DEFENDER 22 - 1/6 Scale - Twin Outboard Boat - HAVE-IT-ALL

Here is our 1/6 Scale DEFENDER 22 (JasperMarine inspired) !

The model is powered by 2 of our own 3D-printed Outboards with an attached 2.2 kW brushless motor on 3-4S LiPos (6S to your own responsibility).

The print data includes all the necessary data for printing the hull, cabin, lids, front seatgroup and all the many accesories.
In this set the Outboard IS also included.

DEFENDER 22 is our second outboard boat and continous our series of outboard boats.

The DEFENDER 22 is is characterized by its high functionality which is outstanding for 3d printable RC boats.

The data package (STL, STEP, 3mf) consists of more than 265 different print parts, with a total of over 750 components to be printed. The resulting level of detail is outstanding and unique for 3d printable RC boats.

It therefore places high demands on the builder both in terms of assembly and driving.

In addition to the print data (STL/Step + 3mf), the data package contains detailed, illustrated assembly instructions (83 pages) as well as illustrated printing instructions (22 pages). A complete parts list is also included as an Excel document. This contains a list of all required print parts, as well as a detailed description of the required add-on parts (incl. recommended motor, ESC, servo, etc.).

The model can be printed in PLA+, PETG or ABS/ASA. The double-walled hull gives the boat great stability.

As this is our most complexe Hull ever made it is highly recommended to print it in PLA+. That will lead to a much smoother assembly because warping won't be an issue. For me eSUN PLA+ worked exceptionally well for that boat.
